Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. This position requires on-site work at the Richard T. Castro Building (1200 N. Federal Blvd.) three (3) days per week, totaling 24 hours, from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The remaining two days (16 hours) may be worked remotely within the state of Colorado. One of the weekly on-site days must be Wednesday.
During training, you will work on-site four days per week from 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m., with schedules adjusted as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

Division of Economic Security:
Through our Economic Security Division (ESD), Denver Human Services seeks to engage residents in strengthening economic well-being and mobility across their lifespan. By leveraging the resources of Denver Human Services’ programs and a network of community partnerships, Economic Security provides a holistic approach to service delivery in order to assist customers in the ability to foresee crisis as well as adapt to and leverage changing life conditions to their advantage.
Denver Human Services is currently seeking highly skilled applicants for the position of Child Support Technician II within the Modifications Team. Working with multiple partners, CSS strives to promote parental responsibility so that children receive support from both parents, even when they live in separate households. Nationally, the child support program is one of the largest income-support programs for families, contributing money to family budgets to help pay for the basics: shelter, food, childcare, transportation, and school clothes. Child support makes a big difference to children, and we strive to provide family centered services that incorporate innovative strategies that improve the reliability of child support payments. It takes a dedicated team of professionals to execute these programs with passion, empathy, and poise.
