Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments.

• Provide therapeutic nursing interventions.


• Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge.

• Communicate patient updates during shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.


• Supervise and delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel appropriately.
