Salary:  $170k 

Strategic talent mindset- It will be critical to develop an understanding of the current workforce and how talent fits into the business strategy, developing collaborative plans that drive the talent agenda; i.e. skills and capabilities needed, location, compensation, non-financial incentives, etc.
Coaching & mentoring/talent focus- advancing both the business and technical skills of direct reports and team members.
External Talent Networking – Understand the market and help build strategies to increase our businesses competitive advantage.
Influence leaders – Influence business leaders. Role will influence and drive strategy.
Analytics – Leverage business analytics and key measures to help understand complex problems, gain insights, guide decisions and formulate solutions.
