Seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer and Civil 3D Expert (10+ years) for a dynamic remote contract role. Supervise junior team members and lead delivery of varied civil engineering projects internationally, with full flexibility and growth opportunities.

Job Description

• Contract role (outside IR35), 100% remote with global work eligibility
  
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers; actively engage in project delivery
  
• Advance civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, highways, and utilities sectors
  
• Specialize in Civil 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering, and BIM clash detection
  
• Manage and develop team and project processes with autonomy and creativity
  
• Apply mastery in Civil 3D: Surfaces, Corridors, Feature Lines, Points, Pipe/Pressure Networks
  
• Self -driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic about supporting and learning with the team
  
• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in team and project management
  

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as a Civil Engineer and Civil 3D specialist (land development)
  
• Advanced Civil 3D skills (practical assessment required)
  
• Track record in managing teams/projects (3+ years)
  
• Strong problem -solving, communication, and organisational skills
  
• Ability to “hit the ground running” on remote projects
