Civil Engineer/CAD Technician

Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer/CAD Technician in its Winston-Salem, NC office.

Job Summary

This Civil Engineer/CAD Technician will support Landmark Builders and the Director of Engineering Services with site/civil design for prospective and contracted construction projects. This person will be responsible for handling various land development projects while working closely with Landmark’s preconstruction, project management, and in-house survey teams, as well as our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site feasibility analysis
• Coordinate survey and topographic services
• Prepare site plans to include site layout, landscaping, grading, erosion control, utility and storm water management
• Perform technical engineering computations
• Assist Director of Engineering with requested assignments

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or 3-5 years of experience preferred
• PE registration in NC preferred or on track to obtain
• Knowledge of Autocad, Civil 3D and/or Stormwater modeling programs
• Self-motivation
• Team-oriented approach
