Claims Specialist (Direct Hire)

Agility Recruiting is hiring a Claims Specialist for a growing, family-owned construction contractor. This is a new role for someone who can manage smaller claims from start to finish and make sound decisions on their own.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve third-party property damage claims, such as vehicle damage from job site activity
• Decide when to settle and close claims to keep costs down
• Provide documentation and backup to the insurance carrier on larger claims
• Keep claim records organized and up to date

What we're looking for

• 1 to 5 years of experience as an insurance claims adjuster or in a similar claims role
• Good judgment, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail
• Construction industry experience is a plus
