Job Details & Pay Breakdown

1. Pay Rates: Earn $0.50–$0.56 CPM. Drivers gross an average of $1,500 per week (~$78,000/year).
2. Route Profile: Delivering dry freight across AZ, UT, and Southern CA with an average of 3 loads weekly.
3. Unloading: Full truckload offloads utilizing roto carts and lift gates (up to 50 lb lift requirement).
4. Schedule & Home Time: 34-hour weekly rest period. Take-your-truck-home privileges allowed.
5. Bonus & Mentorship: Earn up to $2,000 in seasonal retention bonus payouts. Complete 1 week with a dedicated account mentor.

Qualifications: Active CDL Class A license, 3+ months of CDL-A experience within the past 3 years, strong tight-space maneuvering skills, clear background/MVR, and passing DOT urine drug screen.
