Job Description - Class A CDL Regional Driver - No-Touch Freight - Home Every Weekend

Launch a stable driving career with a premier Northeast regional fleet where your weekends belong to you. We provide our operators with predictable schedules, 24/7 on-road support, and a fixed 34-hour reset every Saturday and Sunday, combined with some of the highest mileage rates in the market.

What You Get in Our Team:

  • Top-Tier Mileage Rates: Your base pay ranges from $0.81 to $0.85 CPM, directly matching your verified tractor-trailer experience.
  • Steady Weekly Revenue: Drivers bring home an average gross income between $1,400 and $1,600 per week, while the top 20% of earners in this division consistently clear $1,900+ weekly.
  • Sign-On Incentive: Secure a $4,000 total bonus payout, starting with $500 on your very first delivered load, followed by structured monthly installments.
  • Zero Physical Labor: This is a 100% no-touch dry van operation. You will focus entirely on driving, utilizing preloaded trailers and live drop networks without handling freight.
  • Extra Earning Opportunities: Receive additional compensation for intermediate stops, Long Island drop-offs, and layovers/detention ($12.50/hr after the initial 2 hours), plus safety/performance bonuses up to +3 CPM.

Route Logistics & Equipment:

  • Quality Time at Home: Get home every single weekend for a reliable 34-hour reset that always covers Saturday and Sunday.
  • Consistent Hauls: Keep moving with an average of 1,700 miles per week, maintaining a highly efficient 400-mile average length of haul.
  • Operating Territory: Focus your runs primarily from Virginia (VA) to Maine (ME), stretching west into Eastern Ohio. Note: NYC routing experience is a plus, but New York City driving is NOT a requirement.
  • Late-Model Equipment: Command well-maintained 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth models.
  • Driver-First Policies: Enjoy paid company orientation from day one, round-the-clock dispatch support, and an open Rider & Pet policy so you never have to travel alone.

Full Benefits Package (Activates After 30 Days):

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with flexible family plans.
  • 401(k) retirement plan featuring a company percentage match.
  • Company-sponsored life, disability, and supplemental insurance policies.

Qualifications to Join:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) and a minimum age of 21.
  • At least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience (operating combinations of 40ft or longer).
  • Permanent residency within PA, MD, NY, NJ, or DE.
  • A clean MVR and PSP driving record with no recent DUI offenses. Please note: We are unable to accept SAP program graduates at this time.
