Regional Miles With a Weekly Reset at Home

LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Nashville, Tennessee, offering a regional schedule that keeps drivers moving during the week and brings them home regularly. Drivers average approximately 2,700 miles per week while spending five to seven days on the road between home periods.

Home time is provided every week with alternating 34 hour and 48 hour resets. This schedule gives drivers consistent road time without requiring the extended periods away from home that often come with traditional OTR positions.

Weekly Pay and Incentives

Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,400 per week based on mileage and route activity. A Class A CDL Truck Driver may also have opportunities to increase earnings through qualifying fuel, safety, and performance incentive programs.

Freight moves through established regional lanes to support steady mileage and dependable load availability throughout the workweek.

• 99 percent no touch freight

• Fuel, safety, and performance incentives when qualified

Loads include a combination of drop and hook freight and scheduled live load or unload appointments. Drivers are not responsible for physically handling nearly all freight.

Assigned Equipment and Benefits

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a late model International Prostar equipped with an APU and power inverter. Assigned equipment is maintained regularly to support dependable regional operation.

Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and vacation pay.

Paid orientation is provided, and qualifying orientation expenses are covered during onboarding.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months. Drivers must meet company safety standards and successfully complete all required pre employment qualifications.
