COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Weekly Average: $1,400 to $1,800+ weekly earnings
• Yearly Projected Income: $70,000 – $95,000+ annual potential
• Pay Structure: Flexible pay structure utilizing your choice of experience-based CPM ($0.56 to $0.63/mile) or mileage band pay, plus $20 per stop
• Sign-On Bonus Details: $2,500 cash bonus distributed across milestone check-ins up to 180 days

SCHEDULE & ROUTE DETAILS

• Reset Schedule: Home daily with a 48-hour weekly reset and consistent back-to-back days off
• Shift Structure: 5 days on / 2 days off pattern (11–14 hour shifts covering nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Weekly Distance: 1,600 – 1,700 average weekly miles
• Cargo Operations: Dry van and reefer freight; no-touch live unloads servicing regional drop points throughout Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina
• Tractors: Modern slip-seat day cabs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class A CDL
