Clean Eatz is hiring a Meal Plan Team Member!

Our Meal Plan Team meets on weekdays to help assemble thousands of meals. This position does not require cooking or restaurant experience, as it is solely assembly. Typical shifts can be as long as 7 a - 3 p, but can also be shorter, 8 a - 1 p, for example. Our Meal Plan positions are typically considered fun and laid-back, and they are not customer-facing roles, however candidates will be on their feet throughout the shift. We focus on healthy food- so no deep fryers here! We have found this position to be a great fit for stay-at-home parents while the kids are at school, retirees, and college students with flexible schedules. We have Meal Plan Team Members that work anywhere from 1 to 5 days/week depending on their needs. We guarantee a minimum of $15/hour, but it's often more, as it varies based on tips. We also offer weekly pay and a company 401(k) with a company match after 1 year of service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assembling thousands of Meals based on recipes and instructions.

• Completing necessary prep work to prepare for Meal assembly.

• Works well with Team Members and Management to help accomplish production goals.

• Demonstrate knowledge of time management.

• Performing all duties to maximize guest satisfaction.

KEY PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Interested candidates must be able to work daytime weekday shifts.

• Reports to work well groomed, and at all times practices good personal hygiene.

• Uses, maintains, & cleans all equipment, plus prep and storage areas, if applicable.

• Ensures a harassment free environment through proper personal conduct.

• Upholds food safety and security standards at all times.

• Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others.

KEY COMPETENCIES/CHARACTERISTICS:

• Able to remain positive and calm under stressful conditions.

• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely.

• Exhibits neat, clean and professional image at all times.

• Ability to read and understand recipes.

• Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry 30+ pounds several times per shift.

• Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area.

• Bending, turning, twisting upper body, reaching for up to 10 times per day.

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of time.

• This position requires work in hot environments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred restaurant experience, but not required.

• No formal education requirement.
