Cleaning Specialist

Part-Time Cleaning Specialist at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced cleaning professional to help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Chick-fil-A restaurant.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work, works well independently, and knows how to clean thoroughly while using their time efficiently.

Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 6–12 hours per week
• Weekday mornings from 7:00–10:00 a.m.
• Sunday shifts with flexible scheduling, up to eight hours
• Specific days and hours will be determined based on availability and cleaning needs

Pay

$12–$16 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning assignments using a detailed checklist
• Deep clean kitchen equipment, ovens, walls, vents, drains, floors, electrical cords, shelving, and other restaurant areas
• Properly use, label, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals
• Follow all chemical instructions and required safety procedures
• Wear appropriate safety equipment, including gloves and safety goggles
• Safely use cleaning tools, equipment, and ladders
• Identify and report maintenance, sanitation, or safety concerns
• Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify leadership when supplies need to be restocked
• Complete assigned work thoroughly within the scheduled timeframe
• Participate in a final walkthrough with a leader before work is approved

• Previous professional or commercial cleaning experience
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and proper cleaning procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy and able to work independently
• Punctual, dependable, and consistent
• Thorough while using time efficiently
• Able to follow written checklists and instructions
• Comfortable working around restaurant and kitchen equipment
• Able to safely climb, stand, and work on a ladder
• Able to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and perform other physical cleaning tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Respectful of the restaurant, its equipment, and the people working around you
