Cleanroom Operator - 1st Floor

The Cleanroom Operator - 1st Shift, performs highly technical operations in the manufacturing and processing of pharmaceutical medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment in a clean room environment. 

• May include complex and precision adjustments that require an understanding of the manufacturing process and the effect of electronic, pneumatic and mechanical devices on the process.  

• Safety policies, gowning and material handling procedures.  

• Maintain combo device documentation accurately.   

• Ability to understand and follow pharmaceutical medical device manufacturing procedures.   

• Must perform a variety of processing duties utilizing specialized equipment and measurement devices (go/no-go gauges).  

• High school or GED plus a minimum of 6 months in medical device manufacturing. 

• Ability to adapt to fluid production priorities. 

• A strong focus and high attention to detail is required.  

• Able to sit and stand for long periods of time, Lift 50 pounds,  

• Positive attitude, Scheduling flexibility.  

• Willingness to work OT as needed. 

• Cleanroom environment, full jumpsuit gowning, exposure to various chemicals and solvents.
