• Day one $18 per hour
• Six Months $19 per hour
• One Year $21 per hour
• Wage differential for night shift:      An additional $1.75/hr between 12am-6am

 Job Summary:

This position will teach and demonstrate habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This person will work with one to four individuals at the Flathead Industries Clearance Store.

Responsibilities include assisting in implementing, assessing, and evaluating individual program plans for work training services. Client specific training will be provided and employees will be required to follow set guidelines for each individual based off of the need of the person we are providing services to.

In addition, this position will actively participate in all Clearance Store assignments such as accepting goods, transporting goods using company vehicles, processing such goods and stocking the store on a daily basis.

Schedule:

   Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm 

Requirements

· This position requires education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma; and completion of occupational-specific training.

· You must possess a valid Montana Driver’s License and be insurable for operation of company vehicles. You must be able and willing to transport consumers.
