Clerical Assistant

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Clerical Assistant at our Dodge City office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.

• Receptionist tasks
• Taking payments from consumers 
• Answer and correctly transferring calls
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Running errands
• Scanning/Imaging documents and deposits
• Minor building maintenance tasks
• Some data entry 
• Adhering to FDCPA, HIPAA, Federal and State regulations, as well as company procedures
