JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will perform diverse clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations, from managing data and maintaining filing systems to processing documents and supporting team members. Your organizational skills and initiative will play a vital role in our success.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of clerical or administrative experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office equipment, database systems, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and organization in all aspects of your work.
  • Team-Oriented: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support and collaborate effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Operate office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and personal computers.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages efficiently.
  • Maintain and update filing, mailing, and inventory systems, both manually and electronically.
  • Handle mail by sorting, routing, responding to correspondence, and preparing outgoing packages.
  • Process and prepare documents, including reports, forms, and expense statements.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
