Cleveland and Hamilton County Home Health Aids Needed

Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aids to join our team in Cleveland and Hamilton County. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks


• Support clients with mobility and exercise routines


• Communicate client needs and progress to healthcare professionals and family members


• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 


• CNA and other Medical certificates preferred


• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Cleveland and Hamilton County


• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care
