Job description:

This is a full -time Client Advisor / Sales Consultant position with a real base salary and uncapped potential.

If you’re the relationship focused sales professional we’re looking for, you’ve probably never given the auto industry a second thought. In fact, now that we mention it, you might think, “not a chance!”

We’re looking for someone who loves sales and loves building long -term relationships. You’re an expert at building rapport and closing the sale, and you also know that’s just the beginning. After the sale comes the challenging (but most rewarding part) of creating clients for life, and having them refer all their friends to you.

This is for you if you’ve found your groove in this kind of relationship based sales - you love making friends out of customers, serving them so well that they become loyal clients, and building an awesome network of raving fans and advocates.

You enjoy being a subject matter expert—your clients’ go -to -person—and you love when they text or call to tap into your expertise. You’re thrilled to build an ever expanding network of clients, and it brings you great satisfaction when someone comes to see you for the 3rd or 5th time, or when they pay you the ultimate compliment by referring a friend.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for our team, you’ll need a 2–5+ year verifiable track record of being an exceptional team player and serious success in relationship -based sales (top 5–10% in your previous companies). Early in the process, we’ll ask about your track record, your client network, how you built it, and why you love doing it.

We’ll expect to hear how you love your CRM, because there’s no way you could keep track of all your awesome clients without it. You live in it, use it with discipline, and capture the details that help you serve people well.

We’ll want to hear how you go beyond template emails. You connect personally and consistently, and you find ways to add value each time you reach out.

We’re also excited to hear how you don’t wait around for leads. You create opportunity through social media, community connections, repeat clients, and referrals.
