Are you a people person with a heart for seniors?

Whole Life Home Care is looking for a driven, compassionate Client Ambassador to join our growing team. This is a hybrid sales and care management role. You'll be the warm, trusted face of our agency in the community and the person who ensures every new client feels welcomed and well-cared for from day one.

Community Sales & Outreach

• Build relationships with referral partners: hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, hospices, physicians, and senior centers


• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking functions to represent Whole Life Home Care


• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into new client starts

Care Management

• Conduct in-home consultations and needs assessments


• Develop personalized care plans and match clients with the right caregivers


• Serve as the go-to contact for new clients through their first weeks of service


• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate with our scheduling team on care needs

Marketing Support

• Help grow our digital and community presence


• Collect testimonials, support social media, and assist with outreach campaigns

• 2+ years in home care, healthcare sales, social work, or senior services


• Warm, professional communicator who builds trust quickly


• Self-starter who thrives working independently in the field


• Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance


• Tech-comfortable (email, scheduling software, CRM)

Bonus points for: existing North County referral relationships, WellSky experience, or a background in nursing, gerontology, or community health.
