Only local candidates will be considered.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nOversees a team that delivers contracted IT services to clients. Leads the development and implementation of delivery strategies of various IT solutions to clients. Accountable for ensuring quality, timing and financial delivery objectives are met by team. Identifies opportunities for account growth and innovation. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience. Develops and maintains strong relationships with client\u2019s leadership team.\n\nDuties\n\n * Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work area.\n * Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations. \n * Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members\n * Responsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include lower-level leaders.\n * Responsible for large accounts with high level of complexity.\n * Leads the defining and adherence to delivery management processes and policies.\n * Responsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery model.\n * Mentors and trains less experienced delivery management team members\n\n\n\nKey skills\n\n * Multiple years of relevant experience in Service delivery management/as Client Delivery Executive (or similar role)\n * Several years of experience in client management\n * Ability to lead and influence across large, cross-functional, and global team\n * Experience in project and program management\n * Prior experience in the Infrastructure Services area\n * Advanced experience with project and program financial management, budgeting, cost management\n * Experience defining and negotiating contract terms\n * Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n * 10+ years in a technology services and solutions direct client role\n * 10+ years\u0027 experience with direct client relationships\n\n\n\n#LI-MIWS\n\n#INDICS\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
