Client Experience Associate

This entry-level position supports client satisfaction through relationship-focused communication, service coordination, and in-person assistance.

Primary responsibilities

·       Welcome and assist clients face to face

·       Respond to routine questions and service requests

·       Coordinate client needs with internal teams

·       Help maintain strong ongoing relationships

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Entry-level fit: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
