For over 100 years, Bay View Shade & Blind has helped Wisconsin homeowners create beautiful spaces with custom window treatments. We're looking for a confident, energetic, and organized professional to become the face of our Oconomowoc Design Gallery.

This is much more than an office job.

You'll welcome customers into our showroom, help them begin their design journey, support our Executive Design Consultants, build relationships with local businesses, and create an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Love

✔ $22–$28 per hour (based on experience)

✔ Full-time, consistent schedule

• Tuesday–Friday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM


• Saturday: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.


• Help customers explore design options and schedule in-home consultations.


• Build relationships that create lifelong customers.


• Support our Executive Design Consultants throughout the sales process.


• Coordinate appointments, proposals, and customer communications.


• Keep projects organized from consultation through installation.


• Maintain our beautiful showroom.


• Network with local businesses, realtors, builders, designers, and community organizations to generate new referral opportunities.


• Represent Bay View Shade & Blind within the Oconomowoc community.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, inside sales, real estate, healthcare, or office administration is a plus.

You'll lead our Oconomowoc gallery while having the support of an experienced team behind you.

You'll complete comprehensive training at our Waukesha headquarters and continue spending one day each week there collaborating with teammates and learning new skills.

You'll enjoy the independence of managing your own location while knowing you're never on your own.
