Job Description - Client Outreach and Administrative Coordinator






We’re a fast-paced, growing staffing agency focused on connecting great talent with great employers. Our team is passionate about people and driven by results. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Outreach & Administrative Coordinator to support our recruiting and sales teams by helping us manage outreach, research, and operations behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:



  • Research and build lists of prospective client companies based on candidate skill sets and industry trends.


  • Assist in sending personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.


  • Update and maintain CRM records (Zoho) with lead, client, and outreach activity data.


  • Support recruiters and sales staff with scheduling, document prep, and tracking outreach performance.


  • Organize and maintain digital candidate files and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.


  • Respond to incoming client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.


  • Track and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to outreach, accuracy, and follow-up.


  • Follow up with clients and candidates via phone and email to support communication and scheduling.


  • Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route calls as needed.




What You’ll Bring:



  • 1–2 years experience in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles (preferred)


  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Proficiency using CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot


  • Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and social media for outreach


  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment


  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow with the team




What We Offer:



  • Competitive pay: $16–$23/hour (commensurate with experience)


  • Annual pay range: $35,000 – $48,000
