Client Relations Associate

This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and coworkers depending on the assignment.

· Meet with clients or customers face to face
· Answer questions and communicate solutions clearly
· Coordinate follow-up with internal teams
· Track feedback and support satisfaction and retention
