Client Relationship Specialist

Key Details: 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Dallas office

Compensation: Competitive base of 54k with uncapped commission earning potential of an additional $50k +

Your Responsibilities: 

-Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiries

-High outbound phone work expectations for prospective clients

-Record customer information and feedback in our specialized software system

-Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointments

-Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings

-Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online

-Collaborate on various tasks as needed

-Always uphold strict confidentiality

Your Qualifications: 

-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 2+ years of relevant or transferrable experience is required

-Preferred automotive dealership experience, current or prior

-Heavy call volume experience

-Essential multitasking and stress management skills

-Must possess flexibility and a positive, team-first attitude

-Self-motivated and independent

-Personable and charismatic

-A high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisions

-Effective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goals

-Strong ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with tact, diplomacy, and influence

-Proficiency in relevant software applications (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel)
