Client Representative - Full Time

We are a Connecticut based firm that performs outsourced sales, marketing, and corporate promotions on behalf of our exclusive list of clients. Our team of marketing experts, we have continuously achieved dramatic results for clients both large and small within many different industry sectors. To continue providing for our clients, we are looking for an outgoing and driven individual to join our team as a Full Time Client Representative.  

In the Full Time Client Representative phase, the individual will learn how to effectively execute a marketing campaign for one of our telecommunication Clients.  The day to day responsibilities include learning new product and campaign offerings, staying up-to-date on market trends, researching / analyzing community and area demographics to optimize representation. These marketing events are where our Full Time Client Representatives take a personable and individual approach to each customer interaction or client presentations while maintaining client and partner compliance guidelines.

Full Time Client Representative Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role
• Goal oriented and driven
• Able to interact with individuals of all demographics
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Public speaking skills is a plus, but can be taught / built upon
• Ability to participate in training sessions in-office in Irvine, CA 
• Must be able to travel locally, based on client need
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time 
• Must be able to learn all necessary product and pricing information
