Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Assistant for an immediate start opportunity in Hartford. This position supports daily customer interactions, assists with transportation service coordination, and helps ensure a positive experience for clients throughout the booking and service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with transportation service inquiries and booking requests
• Provide professional support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Help coordinate customer schedules and appointment confirmations
• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
• Follow up on customer requests and service updates
• Support general administrative and office tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Salary Range

$19 – $29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
