Client Service Leaders — This Is Not a Traditional Accounting Role.

At Cutler Advisors, we don’t just provide accounting and tax services. We deliver a white-glove client experience to business owners and high-net-worth individuals who expect more.

We’re hiring a Client Service Manager who sees client relationships as a craft — not a task list.

The Opportunity

This is a high-touch, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of service, strategy, and trust.

You won’t be “managing accounts.” You’ll be:

  • The trusted advisor

  • The proactive problem-spotter

  • The credible voice clients rely on

  • The bridge between clients and our accounting, tax, and advisory teams

If you naturally anticipate needs before they’re spoken, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the senior relationship lead for a curated portfolio of premier clients

  • Deliver a concierge-level, white-glove experience

  • Translate complex accounting and tax concepts into clear, confident communication

  • Anticipate needs by deeply understanding each client’s business and financial landscape

  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution

  • Oversee onboarding and elevate the client journey from day one

  • Protect the client experience with urgency, discretion, and professionalism

  • Partner with leadership to continuously refine and elevate service delivery

This role is about ownership, polish, and proactive service.

Who Thrives Here

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years in client service or relationship management within a CPA or professional services firm

  • Have supported sophisticated or high-net-worth clients

  • Communicate with executive presence and strong judgment

  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Hold confidentiality and ethical standards in the highest regard

CPA, MBA, or advanced credentials strongly preferred.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full‑time

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Work Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

  • Location: Tucson, AZ

This position operates as part of a collaborative team environment, supporting clients with professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness.

The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.

Our salary ranges are competitive within the accounting industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
