Job Description - Client Service Representative

Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Grand Rapids, MI is a growing 24-hour Emergency & Specialty hospital offering a fast-paced work and rewarding environment. Our seasoned Emergency Veterinarians, Technicians, and Assistants pride themselves on providing high-quality medical care to our patients around the clock.

Schedule and Compensation:

Part time hours needed
3/12 hour shifts per week, varying schedule/shifts
Includes every other weekend, 3 holidays a year
Pay starts at $17 and increases based on experience
Applicable shift differentials; $3/hr overnight stipend

The Ideal Candidate:
· Previous Veterinary Reception experience preferred
· Ability to triage patients, assess and respond accordingly
· Ability to critically think and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
· Passion for providing exceptional client care and being a patient advocate
· Outstanding organization and communication skills
· Dependable, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Detail Oriented
· Kind, hardworking, humble TEAM player
· Able to work the posted schedule. This opening is currently for a day position (2p-2a) 3 days per week.
