What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the hub of communication within our hospital and will be responsible for:

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering multi-line phones and assisting clients with scheduling needs.
• Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments.
• Making follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting treatment estimates, explaining fees, and processing payments.
• Assisting clients with prescription requests and product purchases.
• Educating pet owners on preventive care, wellness services, and general pet care recommendations.
• Managing medical records, documentation, and client correspondence.
• Supporting the veterinary team to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment, including light housekeeping duties.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Veterinary, medical, or animal care experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping pets and people.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
