Job Description - Client Services Manager

Do you have strong organizational and communication skills? Do you enjoy building relationships and serving others with compassion?



At AmanaCare, we provide faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering adults. We are seeking a caregiver supervisor and coordinator for the panhandle area. This position is eligible for company-wide quarterly bonuses.



Responsibilities include:




  • Maintaining strong channels of communication with caregivers, clients, and office administration.

  • Resolving challenges or issues as they arise.

  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

  • Reporting any incidents involving client health/safety/satisfaction to appropriate administration in a timely manner.

  • Non-medical in-home caregiving, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from appointments.



Experience/Skills:




  • Experience in management or supervision.
    Problem-solving in unexpected situations.

  • Effective verbal and written communication.

  • Superior phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.

  • Detail-oriented with good multi-tasking ability.

  • Knowledge of general care for the elderly and disabled or recovering persons.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.



Requirements:




  • Valid Nebraska driver's license.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Proof of current automobile insurance.



Prior caregiving and/or management or supervisory experience is preferred.
