Overview
We are seeking for a Client Services officer to join our APIC team. This position is responsible for providing accurate and efficient service to our clients via email, secure message, or virtual communication. This position will require to maintain expected standard of client service, product sales, referrals, and accuracy of account maintenance processed in compliance with Bank guidelines.
Responsibilities
React proactively to clients' requests and ensure service level is in line with bank standards
Handle client's issues and escalate when appropriate according to manager's guidance
Assist team in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-selling while providing services
Provide non-cash transaction, support team administrative and operational duties and adhere to control procedures and internal guidelines
Take ownership of clients' issues and follow problems through to resolution
Build and maintain relationship with clients through our digital platform
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent education and related experience preferred
5+ years of experience in virtual branch or retail banking environment
Experience in providing client support
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
Knowledgeable of bank functions and understanding of bank products and services, including the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr. - USD $80,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
