This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring high\u2011quality delivery across application services.\n\nYou\u2019ll work across sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to help clients modernize, enhance, and evolve their applications \u2014 while driving meaningful growth within a mature portfolio.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do \n\n\nGrow Client Accounts \n\u2022 Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing mid\u2011market accounts. \n\u2022 Build pipeline through prospecting, partner channels, and internal leads. \n\u2022 Understand client goals and position the right NTT DATA solutions to support them.\n\nLead Client Success \u0026 Delivery \n\u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from discovery through proposal and delivery kickoff. \n\u2022 Translate sold work into clear delivery plans (scope, timeline, resources, risks). \n\u2022 Oversee delivery execution across projects and managed services, ensuring a smooth client experience. \n\u2022 Monitor performance, SLAs/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. \n\u2022 Resolve issues quickly to maintain strong client satisfaction.\n\nDrive Operational \u0026 Financial Health \n\u2022 Manage delivery financials, including budget alignment, burn, and margin awareness. \n\u2022 Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRM. \n\u2022 Coordinate internal teams and third\u2011party partners to ensure successful outcomes.\n\nWhat You Bring \n\u2022 8+ years of experience in applications delivery, account management, or sales/growth roles. \n\u2022 Proven ability to grow accounts, open new opportunities, and drive land\u2011and\u2011expand motions. \n\u2022 Experience managing multiple small accounts with strong prioritization and communication skills. \n\u2022 Solid understanding of application services, modernization, enhancements, and managed services. \n\u2022 Ability to shape solutions and articulate clear value propositions to technical and non\u2011technical audiences. \n\u2022 Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting and margin awareness. \n\u2022 Excellent relationship\u2011building skills with senior stakeholders. \n\u2022 Strong leadership, problem\u2011solving, and communication abilities across cross\u2011functional teams.\n\nWhy This Role Matters \nThis is a high\u2011impact role for someone who enjoys both client growth and delivery leadership.
