Client Support Associate

About this position
This entry-level role provides hands-on support to clients while keeping service requests organized and moving forward.

Your focus

·       Serve as an accessible point of contact for clients

·       Clarify needs and communicate available solutions

·       Coordinate follow-up and internal handoffs

·       Maintain accurate notes and service updates

On-site expectation
This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
