The Client Support Technician role is an office based position at our headquarters based in Overland Park, Kansas.  This is a great opportunity to work in a technology company that is rapidly expanding in the healthcare facility market.  Our solutions provide Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to a healthcare facility to manage all aspects of their regulatory compliance and day-to-day facility management.  Our PaaS solution comes with state-of-the art applications that are intuitive and require minimal initial setup.  Our clients love us and we have formed valuable partnerships in the industry.  If you are disciplined, energetic, optimistic, creative, and have a sense of humor, you just may have what it takes to join our successful team.

This Role is responsible for:

• Taking inbound phone calls, emails, and live chat in support of the current client base.
• Product design and configuration.
• Product creation and innovation.
• Database clean-up and maintenance.
• Happy, personable voice and demeanor with clients.
• Patience and clear teaching ability of technology to all skill levels.
• Managing and organizing daily activity in order to achieve weekly goals
