Location: Farmington, MO — 100% On-site. Join our welcoming, collaborative outpatient therapy team in a hands-on leadership role. We also welcome qualified candidates from surrounding communities who are interested in making Farmington their professional home.

Note: Candidates must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, an active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure, and 3+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. Previous formal management experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Lead and support a team of rehabilitation professionals while helping create an outstanding experience for patients and staff.
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, progressive loading, and functional movement rehabilitation.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and movement-related conditions.
• Help strengthen clinic operations, patient satisfaction, team collaboration, and practice growth.
• Mentor and encourage fellow clinicians while promoting a positive, supportive workplace.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure.
• 3+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with patient evaluations, individualized treatment planning, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, initiative, and leadership abilities.
• Previous supervisory, mentoring, or clinic leadership experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for high-quality care, professional growth, and building a successful outpatient rehabilitation practice.
