Clinic Manager

A community healthcare facility near Holyoke, Colorado is seeking a Clinic Manager to join its leadership team! 

Pay: $72,500 - $125,000 / annually 

Clinic Manager Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position 
  
  


• Monday through Friday schedule

Clinic Manager Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical and operational policies and procedures 
  
  


• Provide clinical coverage as needed to support patient care operations 
  
  


• Assist with budget development, expenditure monitoring, and financial management 
  
  


• Support efficient clinic operations while ensuring quality patient care standards 
  
  

Clinic Manager Qualifications: 

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required 
  
  


• Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required 
  
  


• Strong leadership and operational management skills 
  
  


• Experience with clinical workflows and staff oversight preferred
