The Clinical Assistant Professor at the Mount Sinai Phillips School of Nursing (PSON) demonstrates competence and strong interest in and commitment to the teaching mission of the School of Nursing. The Clinical Assistant Professor works closely with nursing students in accelerated and RN to BS academic programs through lectures, clinical simulation learning activities, and through experiential learning in acute care and community health settings. The Clinical Assistant Professor applies the most current educational theories to teaching and learning which supports students at all levels caring for diverse patient populations. Guides and enhances the diversity, equity and inclusivity and belonging work of PSON students, faculty, and staff.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
