Duties:

• Collaborate with Primary Care Assistance Team leadership and staff to improve Veterans Health Administration Primary Care.
• Evaluate Clinical Resource Hubs and support primary care and mental health clinics.
• Develop and refine productivity measures for healthcare services.
• Support strategic planning, document preparation, and project management.
• Prepare manuscripts and evaluation designs.
• Conduct and supervise surveys and data collection.

Requirements:

• Clinical experience in primary care or mental health.
• Experience with recommendation panels, integrating primary care and mental health services, and managing complex patient care.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
