Requirements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) required; or Registered
  Nurse (RN) with BSN/MSN and 5+ years in leadership roles.
  
• Demonstrated success in clinical coordination,
  team management, and process improvement.
  
• Expertise in healthcare compliance, patient
  safety, and regulatory auditing.
  
• Exceptional communication and strategic
  decision-making skills; Spanish fluency a plus.
