Bel Drive Dental is looking for a Dental Customer Service Specialist/Scheduler to join our growing team. Our mission is simple: save our patients pain, time, and money while creating an outstanding patient experience!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service!

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments to keep schedules full for our amazing patients!

• Check patients in and out at the front desk

• Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests very timely

• Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend

• Maintain HIPAA compliance

• Help create a positive, professional clinic environment for everyone!

• What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Dental office experience required

• Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Positive attitude and team mindset
