Clinical Director

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Director for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winchester, VA.

This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership. You will work closely with patients, develop individualized care plans, and use both manual therapy and movement-based treatment to support recovery. The clinic’s access to a fitness facility also allows you to incorporate practical, functional rehab into patient care.

This is a strong opportunity for a physical therapist who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in patient treatment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Patient Volume

Approximately 12 visits per 8-hour day at full caseload.

What You’ll Do

• Lead patient care for the Winchester location
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment
• Evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload
• Build care plans based on patient goals and progress
• Use manual therapy, active rehab, mobility work, and patient education
• Use fitness facility space for strength, movement, and recovery
• Document patient care in Athena Health
• Support patient progress and follow-through
• Help grow the clinic’s caseload

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Active PT license required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Manual therapy skills or strong interest
• Comfortable working as a solo provider
• Willingness to support clinic growth and outreach
• Good communication and leadership skills

• $100,000 to $110,000 per year
• Full-time W2 employment
