As Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services, your expertise and leadership directly impact the quality of care, clinical excellence, and long-term outcomes for the communities we serve.

This role places you at the leadership table. As a member of the management team, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership across the agency 
  • Help guide strategic decisions and program development and enhancement
  • Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration 
  • Play a key role in advancing the mission and vision of CFI 

Lead and Develop a Strong Clinical Team

If you’re passionate about mentoring clinicians and building high-performing teams, this role provides the opportunity to:

  • Supervise and support outpatient behavioral health clinicians 
  • Provide reflective supervision and professional guidance      
  • Help staff grow clinically and professionally 
  • Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based care practices 
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative culture

  • Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field 
  • Licensed in the State of Iowa
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program development experience 
  • Strong knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-informed care
