About The Role:

As a Field-Based, Clinical Lead – you will travel across Annapolis and surrounding communities delivering hands-on supervision, coaching to Developmental Paraprofessionals (DPPs), and partnering with families to implement our innovative, developmental model (DRBI) in our client’s homes. We are especially looking for someone excited about expanding into a new service area and helping to build our presence in Baltimore!

This is not a remote, clinic or office-based role. We are looking for a licensed clinician that loves the energy and flexibility of field work!

Clinical Oversight and Supervision

  • Provide hands-on clinical supervision through regular home and community visits, observing DPP sessions and offering real-time feedback and coaching.

  • Ensure DPPs are delivering interventions aligned with the Positive Development model and clinical treatment plan.

  • Conduct fidelity checks and document performance to inform ongoing training and development of DPPs.

  • Partner with DPP Managers to review field performance, identify support needs, and reinforce model integrity.

Case Ownership and Treatment Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (in-person) to evaluate developmental, behavioral, and relational functioning.

  • Lead parent/caregiver meetings to establish family goals, priorities, and collaboration strategies.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans consistent with PD’s model and payer requirements.

  • Monitor client progress through data and observation, updating goals and interventions as clinically indicated.

  • Lead interdisciplinary case reviews with internal and external providers (OT, SLP, MH, CM).

Family and Community Engagement

  • Deliver regular family coaching and education sessions—virtually and in-person—to strengthen caregiver capacity and engagement.

  • Coordinate community-based sessions to generalize skills across environments.

  • Support families in navigating care transitions and community resources as needed.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, supervision logs, and reauthorization reports, within required timeframes.

  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with state, payer, and PD policy standards.

  • Identify clinical and operational risks and escalate appropriately through established channels.

  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in regional fidelity reviews, peer supervision, and ongoing professional development sessions.

  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Leadership to identify best practices, barriers, and trends impacting service delivery.

  • Support readiness for audits, accreditation, and payer reviews as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and active clinical license required (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC)

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in developmental, behavioral, or autism services.

  • Demonstrated experience providing field-based supervision and interdisciplinary case management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to documentation quality.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

  • Reliable transportation required; this role involves frequent home and community visits.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

  • Paid Holidays

  • Employer-paid Life & Disability Insurance

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • 401k with Employer Match
