We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Director to lead operations and patient care.

 Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead and oversee daily patient care operations

  
  


• 
  

  Manage nursing staff, scheduling, performance, orientation, and development

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-care standards

  
  


• 
  

  Manage staffing levels, budgets, payroll, and cost-effective resource utilization

  
  


• 
  

  Lead performance improvement and quality initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with physicians, hospital departments, and leadership

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and implement department goals and strategic initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as a clinical resource and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  
  


• 
  

  BSN required; MSN preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Previous nursing management experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Active RN License in the State of Illinois – Required

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification – Required

  
  


• 
  

  ACLS certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Mental Health or Addictions Nursing certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  LCSW preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage staffing, budgets, quality, and patient-care operations
