A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations within a patient care setting. This position is responsible for overseeing care delivery, supporting team development, and promoting quality and compliance initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance to clinical team members
Support the coordination and delivery of patient care services
Monitor clinical operations and promote quality standards
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and professional development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support organizational goals
Maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations
Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Previous clinical nursing experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with others
