Essential Duties:

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
• Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
• Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.
• Manage expenses and assist with client assessments (if licensed).

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.

Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.

Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
