General Summary: As Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

• Serves as an advanced pharmacist practitioner engaged in providing pharmaceutical care.


• Regularly monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members.


• Participates in quality-assurance activities, represents department on hospital-wide committees, and serves as a resource for other health care practitioners.


• This position reports directly to the Day or Evening Pharmacist Supervisor

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from accredited school.  PharmD preferred.


• Current Maryland Pharmacist license.


• 2 – 4 years previous hospital pharmacy experience required.  Advanced degree or residency may be accepted in lieu of experience

Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Rotating shifts including weekends & holidays.

Salary Range: Minimum 57.42/hour - Maximum 94.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
