HOACNY provides cancer care services, Monday through Friday, day hours at three convenient locations in East Syracuse, Camillus and Auburn. This individual is responsible for organizing, directing, coordinating, educating on and supervising all aspects of clinical infusion pharmacy/pharmacists services. Strong understanding and skill with the Medically Integrated Dispensing Pharmacist role

Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical retail pharmacy operations

Ability and willingness to work with potential exposure to toxic drugs and infectious patients

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education: Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited college

Experience: Three years of related experience preferred.

Certificate/License: NYS pharmacist license required
