Clinical Psychologist

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Must possess and maintain a valid, current, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in any U.S. state.
• Experience: Extensive experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention, particularly in settings dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues in adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnoses using a broad range of tools and methods.
• Perform differential diagnosis to distinguish between organic and functional causes of psychological issues.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy tailored to the specific needs of the NSRTC clientele.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on professional standards of care and psychological principles.
• Deliver direct psychological services in various community settings, including schools, correctional facilities, and patient residences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and case management activities.
